Multidisciplinary teams (MDK) organise support for people living with HIV as one whole: an infectious-disease physician, a psychologist, an outreach worker and a peer consultant work side by side in a single team.
Since 2011, IMKONIYAT has taken part in introducing and developing multidisciplinary, palliative and medico-psychosocial support for people living with HIV in Uzbekistan.
